AscendPitch ("AscendPitch", "we", "us", "our") operates the website at ascendpitch.com. You can reach us at ascendpitch@gmail.com.
AscendPitch is a one-off AI-powered scouting service. You provide details about yourself as a football player (name, club, location, position, foot, age, goals and similar information), pay a one-time fee, and our system uses AI together with live web research to generate a scout report containing suggested opportunities — such as academies, clubs, showcases or trials — along with reasoning, contact suggestions, and outreach guidance.
Each purchase is a single, standalone report. There is no subscription, no user account, and no ongoing service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AscendPitch. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
The current price for one report is USD $2.99. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. By clicking to pay you authorise our payment processor to charge you the displayed amount for one report.
Because the report is a digital product delivered on demand and generated using paid AI and live research infrastructure, all sales are final. Once you initiate the report generation after payment, you are not entitled to a refund, even if you choose not to act on the opportunities we surface.
If a technical failure on our side prevents your report from being produced at all, contact us at ascendpitch@gmail.com and we will work with you in good faith to either re-run the report or refund your purchase.
The scout report is generated by AI models combined with automated web research. Opportunities, contacts, quotes, and outreach suggestions are AI-produced summaries of publicly available information. They are provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee that any listed academy, club, coach or event will respond to you, sign you, invite you to trial, or even exist in the exact form described. Details can change without notice. Before contacting anyone or travelling anywhere, you must independently verify contact information, trial dates, eligibility rules and any other facts through the official source.
AscendPitch is not an agent, scout, academy, club or intermediary. We do not represent you, and we have no affiliation with the opportunities listed in your report.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the intake form. Fabricated or misleading player information will produce a low-quality report — that is not a basis for a refund.
AscendPitch does not require you to create an account. Your report is accessible through the unique URL generated after payment — keep that link safe. Progress checkboxes next to each opportunity are stored only in your own browser.

The AscendPitch name, branding, website, and software are owned by AscendPitch. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the report you paid for, for your own personal career purposes. You may not sell or publicly redistribute it.
To operate the service we rely on third-party providers, including a payment processor, AI model providers, and a web search & content retrieval provider. Their systems are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will lead to any football opportunity, trial, contract, or outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AscendPitch's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the report in question (i.e. up to USD $2.99).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, travel costs, or emotional distress.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
